Spies and Strategy in Cyberspace: New Frontiers in Cyber Theory and Policy Symposium
The School of Cybersecurity and Privacy and the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs will host a half-day symposium that brings together outside scholars of intelligence and cybersecurity with Georgia Tech faculty to discuss emerging ideas about the strategic nature of cyber conflict and national cybersecurity strategies to manage it. The first of two panels will focus on strategic concepts for understanding cybersecurity, and evaluating the usefulness of intelligence rather than military frameworks. The second panel will focus on U.S. national cybersecurity strategy, evaluating strengths and opportunities for improvement in the emerging geopolitical context of great power competition.
